Azotobacter Vinelandii
Azotobacter vinelandii is a versatile and free-living soil bacterium known for its exceptional nitrogen-fixing capabilities. This bacterium can convert atmospheric nitrogen into ammonia, a bioavailable form that plants can use for growth and development. Additionally, Azotobacter vinelandii synthesizes several plant growth-promoting substances and secondary metabolites, enhancing plant health and resilience to stressors. It plays a vital role in promoting the natural fertility of soils and offers an effective, sustainable strategy for improving crop productivity and agricultural sustainability.
Note: Available in 250g packaging
Azotobacter Vinelandii, a gram-negative, aerobic, free-living bacterium, is renowned for its ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen under aerobic conditions. Thriving in neutral to slightly alkaline soil environments, it is naturally found in various parts of the world. Apart from nitrogen fixation, it is also capable of promoting plant growth by producing a range of plant growth-regulating substances.
